What is the application compatibility?
Racing Touch is compatible with the following OS:
iOS: iOS 14.0 or above
Android: Android OS 9.0 or above
The performance of Racing Touch may be affected by platform & software version adopted by individual handsets.
Why I cannot find HKJC Racing Touch in App Store?
As Racing Touch is only available for Hong Kong users, you can only find the application in Hong Kong App Store. Please login the account with Hong Kong and try again.

Registration & Login
Why I cannot login my account for bet placing in Hong Kong?
Racing Touch should not be affected if using inside Hong Kong. You can use Racing Touch to browse for betting information (race card, odds, result and dividend) when using the application outside Hong Kong, but not available for betting.
If I have a Mobile Betting Service Account or Online Betting Service (eWin) Account, do I need to re-register for using Racing Touch?
No, you can login to Racing Touch with your Betting Account or registered Mobile Betting or Online Betting login name and password.
Do I need to login with betting account when using Racing Touch?
Racing Touch is a free application, providing with racing information, trackwork information, horse selection, live streaming and instant betting. If you need to place bet with Racing Touch, you have to login with HKJC betting account, other functions can be used after download.

Live Streaming
Why the screen in Live Streaming is blurry?
Please make sure to select High Quality solution or above. Besides, the live streaming quality is subject to network connection, please check with your data or Wi-Fi connection and make sure a well connectivity.
Is there any delay in Live Streaming?
Yes, it delays 6-8 seconds for local racing and 8-10 seconds for simulcast, depends on the network band, network connectivity, districts, location and device models.
How much cellular data need for live streaming?
SQ - 3MB/ minute
HQ - 4.5MB/ minute
HD - 17MB/ minute
(Above cellular data for reference only, actual usage depends on mobile internet suppliers)
What kind of people can watch live streaming?
Starting from 19/20 season, live streaming function (including local races and simulcast) is open to all betting accounts. Just need to login account, you can enjoy the free live streaming.
